Good book, but it really just states the obvious. It lists the skills that expert nurses possess.
I use it often for refence and loaned it often until someone diodn't return it. I need a new one. It is my favorite source of encouragement for students and new grads.

Good book
The beginning is a bit dry, however once you get past that it is really interesting. I am about half way through the book and it has been a great read. I am currently reading the book for a nursing class however plan to reread the book after the class is over.
i got this at the advice of someone else. it wasnt what i thought it would be. but it certainly is a great book for new and seasoned nurses.
